With a budget of just $1.59 (the price of two bagels) British artist filmmaker Matt Hulse directs “ELVIS: The Lonely Hunter of Circle Beach”.
The short film features a chubby wee dog called Elvis and a number of bagels. It will be screening to an audience of 11,000 at Tropfest Film Festival in Bryant Park NYC on June 23rd 2012, in competition for a $20,000 prize.
